Mi Cancún of Apex – Authentic Mexican Cuisine with Fast Service & Family Friendly Vibes

Really great restaurant with authentic Mexican cuisine. The service is incredibly fast, and the food is delicious. The chips and salsa is particularly great, and their meats are well marinated and tender. There’s a large variety of drinks and some pretty good margaritas. Prices are very reasonable and the staff are super friendly. It’s a bit loud and energetic, but still family friendly. The speed of the staff is quite impressive, and I’ve been in an out in under 45 minutes including appetizer and dessert. Highly recommend this place for both lunch or dinner.

As always, Mi Cancun doesn't disappoint. They just opened up a new location close by! This makes my family and I so happy. All of the servers were very attentive. The food was great. The margarita hit as always. I had the Carne con Chile, and my mom had the shredded chicken chimichangas. We both had the Top Shelf margarita. I had to take her to get a margarita or two for Mother's Day, lol. The Carne con Chile has a little heat to it, nothing crazy, though! Give this place a try if you haven't!

We enjoy having dinner here during a busy work week! Their fresh guac sauce is my go to. We also love the steak spicy tacos.

Great spot for yummy food! We went early ~5 with 2 young kids. Seated right away. Service was super friendly. Our one year old was restless while we ordered and waited for our meals but many different staff members engaged her with peekaboo and high fives. It helped us parents relax and enjoy the meal knowing she wasn’t being seen as a bother. The food was sooo tasty!! We will be back.

First time here and what can I say! It was phenomenal all the way from being greeted at the door to getting seated. Our server Diego was attentive, gave great recommendations. The whole staff as a whole was great too with working together as well. You should definitely come here if you love a great time!

Ran across this new location of a small local chain and it was probably some of the best stereotypical Tex-Mex food I've ever had. The flavors just seemed to be more distinct. The menu was broad but not too excessive.

I've waited for my second visit here, and the addition of their bar beverages before coming to sing their praises. I've been to all the Mi Cancuns in the area of the last decade +, even some non Mi Cancuns and this place is a home run. I haven't felt more taken care of in the many, many Mexican restaurants I've been to than at this particular location. The staff and management in particular are exceptional. Their food is also great, with the usuals cooked well and having some authentic dishes you don't find elsewhere make this one of the best Mexican spots in the area. Partner all this awesome with their amazing drink menu and I guess you can say they have gained new customers for life. We absolutely love it here.
